Making changes in your personal life and in relationships can be hard even when you recognize that change is needed. Through the process of therapy, we can work together on how to you can make these changes. My role as a therapist is to support my clients in navigating relationships successfully, increasing self-esteem, understanding themselves on a deeper level, and exploring their past to better understand its current impact. I work with adults, couples, and teens ages 15+. I have completed Gottman Level 1 training.
I can provide guidance by identifying helpful tools to manage anxiety, exploring what is at the root of low self-esteem and ways to increase it, and by encouraging clients to engage in self-compassion even when that feels challenging.
