Over the last five years, I have worked with young adults, couples and families as they learn to maneuver life's transitions and setbacks. Many times we find ourselves feeling trapped and stuck in a rut, hoping for change and relief. Everyone has their own personal reason for pursuing therapy and I would feel honored to support you in the process of self-discovery to find a more fulfilled and purposeful life. My approach is based on attachment as well as rooted in narrative therapy, and I strive to create a relational, respectful space where we can explore your story without judgment.

I believe that we each innately possess the skills, strengths and knowledge needed to overcome the problems we face. These things can be forgotten and buried by the power of the problem-story we believe. Through collaborative exploration that honors the unique experiences of each client, I will work with you to change the narrative that doesn't serve you.

During our sessions, you will find a clearer picture of the problem and its origins. You will understand the impact and effect that the problem has on your life in the past and present.
