I work collaboratively with individuals and couples to address issues that arise with life stressors. Together, we will identify how present circumstances are impacted by early primary attachments and your family of origin. We will discover emotional, behavioral, and relational patterns which disrupts communication and compromises safety in order to rebuild trust and love in your relationships.

Utilizing both psychodynamic and narrative perspective, we will work to mitigate shame and increase safety. With safety, it will invite trust and intimacy to thrive so we can seek out restoration and healing.

To be heard, seen, and accepted can bring healing to the wounds life's hardship leaves us. But from those wounds we can find growth and hope. I would be honored to walk beside you as you seek purpose and lasting change.
