I want to provide the support and tools needed to begin to shift perspectives.

Being committed to holding space for cultural awareness is an important aspect of therapy. I am LGBTQ and multi-cultural affirming influenced by the intersectionality of culture, spirituality and psychotherapy. I currently serve as a lecturer of Counseling and Guidance at the university level.
