I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have been assisting individuals on their journey toward growth and wholeness for the past eleven years. From my own experience in psychotherapy to the work I've done with clients, I have witnessed the healing and interpersonal peace that the therapeutic process offers. I specialize in working with women in their struggles with identity, depression, anxiety, life transitions, family/relationship issues, family planning, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and perfectionism.

I use an integrative approach and implement a variety of techniques in addition to talk therapy such as mindfulness and EMDR. I am Perinatal Mental Health Certified and EMDR Certified with an additional specialty in Perinatal EMDR.
