My mission is to provide support for individuals encountering challenges with anxiety, low self-esteem, adoptee concerns, and addiction. When you're ready to navigate through unresolved obstacles hindering your journey to wellness, I'm here to offer guidance and support. Upon establishing our collaborative therapeutic relationship, we'll work together to address specific concerns that are important to you. As an adopted member of a mixed-raced, neurodiverse family, I am passionate about diversity in my practice and working with folx from various lived experiences.

I am experienced in working with anxiety, depression, challenges with family, adoptee concerns, addiction, community resourcing, domestic violence and DOJ issues. In addition, I have 13 years of experience working with adolescents or children with emotional, developmental, and intellectual disabilities in the non-profit sector.
