I offer an integrative approach to therapy. This means I pull from a variety of theories and interventions to suit the needs of each client. My primary method is a blend of relational and person-centered therapy. Nevertheless, because everyone’s story is unique, I aim to use modalities that would benefit clients most.
Feeling overwhelmed with shame, struggling with identity issues, experiencing relationship and marital troubles, or wrestling with addiction have a way of making us feel trapped.
