Accepting new clients! I strive to help adults overcome depression, anxiety, and ADHD while guiding them through the process of coping with stressors that present during difficult life transitions. The rapid and numerous changes in life can often feel overwhelming. Whether it's interpersonal relationship difficulties, emotion regulation problems, or career challenges, I can help you build the necessary skills to make it through turbulent times.
I work with adults 18+, especially those suffering from mood, anxiety, personality disorders, anger, emotional regulation issues, and ADHD. Through a trauma-informed lens and a strengths-based approach, I customize my therapeutic approach to cater to the specific needs of each individual or family. I also lead grief/trauma group therapy on Mondays at 6:30 PM
I believe that steps towards recovery do not need to be taken in solitude. Healing should be a collaborative journey, involving genuine care and support without judgment. It’s no secret that managing your mental health takes hard work. I am willing to put in that work, and I hope that you are too!
