I commonly work with clients whose lives have been touched by alcohol and substance use, trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, and grief.
My goal is to provide you with the best possible care by utilizing an integrative approach drawing upon evidence-based techniques that is tailored to your individual needs suited to your situation and goals. Most commonly approaches I use are IFS-informed techniques, AEDP, CBT, somatic-based techniques, and DBT. EMDR-Trained.
