I commonly work with clients who suffer from trauma, narcissistic abuse, emotional abuse, physical abuse, anxiety, depression, codependency, and interpersonal/attachment issues.
Often our core beliefs, emotions and behaviors stem from conditioning or past trauma we unconsciously internalized. It is rare to move through life completely unscathed from trauma, loss, or other painful experiences. Yet, few of us are taught how to navigate these experiences without becoming traumatized, stuck, or burdened long after the event has passed.
I help clients process, integrate, and finally let go of what is holding them back or keeping them stuck. I use polyvagal theory, somatic/body work, IFS/parts work, and EMDR in my practice. My therapeutic approach is attachment-based, trauma-informed and person-centered. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space for curiosity, exploration, and healing to occur.
