I provide culturally-aware counseling that honors the unique identities of my clients. Through a humanistic and relational approach, I support clients who struggle with anxiety, emotional awareness and suppression, physical (somatic) symptoms of mental health, self-acceptance, perfectionism, dissociation, complex trauma, and developmental trauma such as abuse or neglect experienced in childhood. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and also work with clients who have experienced spiritual and religious trauma/adverse experiences. My values of authenticity and creativity guide clients to connect more deeply with themselves and others.

My approach is nervous system and somatic focused, and I am passionate about helping clients feel safe and at home in their bodies. I use EMDR, attachment modalities (like AEDP and Polyvagal Theory), and I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, which invites individuals to courageously hold their emotions and build fulfilling relationships.
