I specialize in trauma work, and I work from a trauma-informed lens. I am trained in EMDR and work with Trauma, Substance Use Disorder, LGBTQIA+, Mood Disorder, and more. It is my job to match the best therapeutic approach to both your reason for coming to therapy and who you are as a person.
It’s important to me to make my client feel safe and comfortable and to earn the trust of them. Meticulously, I work to build helping relationships with my clients from a nonjudgmental stance.
