Looking to work with a therapist who can support and help you heal your critical inner voice, or relationship struggles? My therapeutic approach is collaborative and empathetic, with a primary focus on validating and understanding my clients’ perspectives and lived experiences. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who grapple with shame and self-criticism cycles, as well as couples where one or both individuals are neurodiverse. My passionate approach revolves around helping individuals foster self-trust and self-acceptance, both on an individual and relational level.
When working with me, you’ll notice a somatic-focused approach, where we explore the connection between your thoughts and body responses. By tuning into these sensations, you can gain valuable insights, understanding, and self-compassion as you navigate through your current difficulties. I use a variety of evidence based models in our work together.
I do not accept insurance and am an out of network provider, but our practice has several therapists that are in network with insurance that you can book with.
