I am here to help you break the stigma of past traumas and life events, as well as help you heal and grow in your identity. Together, we will explore your story and create guideposts along the way and create a safe and supportive space for growth.
Through my many years in community health, I learned that an approach that is trauma-informed, person-centered, and driven by you is best practice. I have experience integrating EMDR, DBT, and mindful CBT to help you cope with strong emotions and stress while we explore life events and transitions and to help you gain insight into your identity. I
Communication is key in a strong counseling relationship, and I want to work with you to support your growth.
