My therapeutic approach involves co-creating a gentle, respectful, and compassionate ground for our work together. I hold advanced training in mindfulness-based counseling, EMDR, and addiction-based therapy and am passionate about inviting present moment awareness through Gestalt and Internal Family Systems (IFS) modalities in our sessions.

In the midst of life's journey, we often find ourselves at crossroads, questioning our paths and seeking deeper meaning. This group serves as a sanctuary for those navigating personal growth, identity, career and life transitions, grief, relationships, and emotional well-being. In this space, we mindfully explore our inner landscapes, nurturing connection, intimacy, and a sense of belonging. Each session is designed to foster relational healing, offering an environment to share and reflect on our unique experiences. This intimate group is limited to a maximum of 8-10 women ranging in ages from late 20’s to 40’s.
