Greetings Men! It is my pleasure to make connections with other men and co-navigate the complexities of modern life. My clients are generally in their late 20s to early 60s, are relatively functional in life, have a sense of humor, are ready to be vulnerable and try new things, enjoy the outdoors in their free time, are or once were physically active and enjoyed exercise, and know how to enjoy life to some degree, even if that may be difficult at the moment. What we do: Navigate relationships or divorce, find a connection to something greater, learn to relax, practice communication skills, manage transitions, work/life balance, fun!
I am a psychotherapist, a meditation teacher, a faculty member in the Graduate School of Counseling and Psychology at Naropa University, was an international mountain and ski guide and outdoor educator for 25 years, and I have traveled extensively and worked abroad in a variety of countries. I dig being alive and I enjoy helping my clients do the same.
My work with clients consists of a blend of Gestalt, Voice Dialogue, Internal Family Systems, Attachment-Focused therapy, mindfulness-awareness, insight-driven and experiential therapy, relational/interpersonal therapy, emotionally-focused therapy, psychodynamic techniques, body-centered therapy, psychedelic, and a blend of other common modalities-CBT, etc.
