I am a trauma therapist (Somatic, IFS, EMDR, Ketamine-Assisted-Psychotherapy). I see individual adults and couples. My clients tend to have struggles with attachment wounds, depression, anxiety, dissociation, body image, substance use, low self-esteem, perfectionism, or stress. You might struggle with asking for what you want, sharing how you feel, or saying no in relationships. Maybe you use food, alcohol, cannabis, exercise, or Netflix as a way to escape the present moment. You may spend lots of time in your head, but don’t know how to feel your emotions. You crave closeness with others, but also fear it.

My goal is to co-create a secure and solid relationship with you in which you feel seen, challenged, and held. Together, we will work with the wisdom of the body and the mind through mindfulness, somatic therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and self-compassion training. Ketamine-Assisted-Psychotherapy is also available.

I am queer-affirming, a first-generation immigrant, and a HAES-aligned therapist (Health at Every Size). Whatever identities or life experiences you bring to the table, I will honor them. I truly believe in your ability to heal and I am in your corner. In-person and telehealth available.
