You are a Gift. A Perfect Creation of Love and Generosity. My approach with individuals is multidisciplinary, systemic, all-embracing, holistic, and client-centered. I believe in the immense potential each person possesses and the capacity to heal. My core training is based on psychodynamic, cognitive, and behavioral theories. However, I use a mix of research-based techniques and mindfulness practices because I'm a strong believer in the power of the connection between mind, body, and soul. I believe that therapy is a creative process that can have a meaningful and profound impact in transforming people's lives.

I provide multicultural counseling and parental coaching. I use a variety of approaches such as art therapy, mindfulness, TF-CBT (trauma focus cognitive behavioral therapy), and very soon RTC (Rapid Transformational Coaching).

I am a bilingual Mental Health Counselor and a certified Spanish medical and social interpreter. I was born and raised in Nicaragua Central America. I enjoy nature, travel, and exercise. But above all, I love spending time with my family. I practice self-care constantly because I believe in the power of maintaining a balance between mind, body, and soul.
