I believe that our journey in life is not always in our control however we all have strengths that we can use in order to gain balance in our life. Coming to therapy and seeing me, will assist you in finding your strengths. We will do this as we walk the journey together in therapy.

My practice focuses on empowering the individual, couple, and family. I use a combination of techniques depending on the client's needs.
