I specialize in working with teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, social anxiety, self-esteem issues, making friends, managing stress, or dealing with dating/relationship struggles. I have such a heart for working with clients with these goals. I remember going through these things myself and how much it meant to have people in my life who gave me the tools and insight to grow and heal. It helped me begin a chapter of my life that was full of confidence and positive change. Because I had this blessing, I have always wanted to pay it forward and to offer the same help and guidance for growth that I received.
I also work with couples to provide premarital counseling, marriage counseling, and dating/relationship counseling. My primary approaches are rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems Theory (IFS).
My approach to therapy is strengths-based and solution-focused. I believe that you are the author of your own story, and I love to empower my clients to take control of their anxiety, depression, or other symptoms that are holding them back from living the life that they want.
