My experience comes from many years of higher level of care and crisis management. I have counseled teens and their families struggling with risky behaviors, suicidal thoughts and traumatic events in Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and outpatient levels of care.

It is hard reaching out for help. The fear can drive anyone to cope and behave in negative ways.
