You deserve to be treated fairly, without judgment or stigma in a comfortable setting. You don't have to go through this alone. You don’t have to suffer with addiction, anxiety, trauma, depression, eating disorders or other mental health concerns alone. Whether you are in legal trouble or have a DUI, your relationships are suffering or have DCF involvement I am here to help. You can get through your current situation and work to be better for having gone through it.
You will identify problem areas, unwelcome feelings/sensations, set goals and discuss action plans to help get you to your desired outcome. You will receive a client-centered approach to therapy and evidence-based treatment that pulls from your personal strengths. You can decide whether counseling is relaxed or extremely structured. It's your call.
Whether you or a loved one is struggling, you will find that I am compassionate, down to earth and easy to talk to. I have a good sense of humor. I am an LGBTQ ally and I believe ALL people are worthy of respect and deserve fair treatment. Don't hesitate to call or e-mail for an appointment. I look forward to hearing from you!
