I am certified in DBT, Pregnancy & Postpartum Depression/Anxiety/Mood Disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, anxiety, depression, and Bipolar Disorder. I am most passionate about helping women during life transitions & relational struggles; no matter the age, life transition, faith, sexual or gender identity. I am an approved clinical supervisor in CO.

Join a DBT certified therapist and expert. This group is a Marsha Linehan informed DBT group that will offer 3, 8 week groups focusing on Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. The following insurances can be billed for this group: Aetna, Cigna, CCHA Medicaid, CO Access Medicaid, Kaiser, and United. The private pay rate is $40 per group. Tuesdays 12-1:30, Virtually.
