Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, intense emotions, addiction, lack of satisfaction in your relationships or need support navigating life stressors and transitions, therapy can be a useful tool.
Together we explore healthier ways to cope to bring some immediate relief of symptoms, while building our relationship as a platform to examine patterns of thinking, feeling and interacting with the world. I have special interest in supporting survivors of trauma and new parents.
