I specialize in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Additionally I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for past hurts and betrayals, as well as PTSD.
