I work with clients on a range of concerns, including coping with anxiety & stress, relationship issues, women's concerns, navigating life with chronic diseases & pain, invisible disabilities, medical trauma, & suicidal ideation.
As a therapist I use many types of therapy techniques, integrating them in a holistic way to create the perfect fit just for you.
