Grief and loss can affect our thoughts, behaviors, and physical well-being, including concentration, decision-making, eating, sleeping, and an increased reliance on unhealthy coping behaviors.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and have advanced training and certification in grief counseling. I use a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, integrating various therapeutic modalities to fit your unique circumstances. I prioritize a collaborative, judgment-free environment, using empathy, humor, and authenticity.
