Most often we understand grief by the physical death of a person or the grief that comes with someone you know being terminally ill awaiting death. However, grief can be the loss of: a relationship, a career, a pet, a culture, and a hobby/interest. The process or journey of grief affects everyone and expresses differently. I am here to support you in treating grief and identifying solutions to improve your quality of life while honoring your cultural values and needs on your own pace.

My grief work also includes working with athletes, treating such as loss of athletic opportunity, loss of identity, and loss of a limb/motor skill. Additionally, if you identify with the Asian American Pacific Islander Community and are experiencing acculturation issues, loss of family connection, relationship, or identity issues, I am here for you too!
