And then you spend those 5 minutes mindlessly scrolling, annoyed at yourself. You just want to enjoy your life but right now you are just surviving it.
During our collaborative sessions, using tools from EFT, Attachment Therapy, IFS, and Somatic Experiencing we will work through emotional pain in the body so that you can be more physically present.
