Together, we'll create coping skills for challenging times so you can be your authentic self.
I work from a variety of therapeutic models including: Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, Attachment theory, and a strengths-based approach. My goal is to create a safe environment where you learn to increase self-awareness with compassion for your most challenging feelings and utilize your strengths and resources in healthier ways.
