Currently accepting new clients. I work with couples, polycules, new relationships, platonic life partners, friends, groups and families. I am passionate about serving folks who are part of the 2SL-GBTQIA+ and poly/ethical non-monogamy communities. Living in a society that prioritizes profit over people and systematically privileges & oppresses based on identity takes a large toll. I believe therapy is a resource to help us navigate this world & be intentional about how we show up in ourselves and our relationships. My approach is to meet people where they are at and provide tools and practices to aid them in living authentically.
In sessions I address root impacts of trauma and oppression, the context of society and culture, and how one can grow and heal. I operate from an anti-oppressive, intersectional lens, and am sex and kink positive. Resources I utilize include Somatics, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.
I am a queer, polyamorous, white, non-disabled, genderqueer, US born person. I have depth of experience supporting folx navigating marginalization, neurodivergence, gender identity, relationship struggles, & life changes. To explore if we'd be a good fit working together feel free to schedule a consult through my online portal: autumncstar.patientsecure.me/
