Hi there, I’m Maggie. If you are looking for a nurturing therapist who is genuine, wants the best for your unique life, and will challenge you towards deeper healing, we could be a good fit. I would love to support you as you begin to embrace your intersecting and unfolding identities. My specialties as a therapist include body liberation (Health At Every Size), life transitions, and exploration of self through a relational lens. My approach is centered within an anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and liberatory lens. I am a queer and neurodivergent therapist, and I enjoy supporting folks with these shared identities.
I aim to create a healing environment that is authentic and creative. Because each person is unique, the questions and processes that we explore together in therapy will be unique to you. Along with therapeutic tools, I enjoy bringing poetry, spirituality, and other creative resources into session.
In therapy, I draw from somatics, parts work, self-compassion, acceptance and commitment therapy, existentialism and more. I will help you discover tools and techniques that fit what you need in this season of your life. I welcome you to reach out if you are feeling curious and ready to receive care.
