Do you find yourself disconnected from your presence and the enjoyment of your life here and now? Art is inherently therapeutic. In the context of a therapeutic relationship and traditional talk therapy, it becomes a powerful tool to help find and untangle the knots that bind our soulful aliveness. As an art therapy, I work with adults of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression and PTSD by helping them to access their own natural creativity with or without the use of art materials.
I can help by offering gentle curiosity and empathy about what is going on in your life. How often do any of use have an hour that's just for us? Additionally, I specialize in trauma-informed approaches utilizing art therapy and offer animal assisted therapy (canine and equine).
I am here to support you in finding meaning and poetry in your own biography.
