Welcome to Bumbleberry Counselling! A place to rest, connect and gain the insight and clarity you are looking for to improve your relationship with yourself or others. Getting in touch with your feelings might seem stressful but it doesn't have to be that way. I offer counselling for adults, teens and families. My services are available in person in Calgary and Airdrie, AB as well as virtually to residents of Alberta & Nova Scotia.
I believe in the healing quality of relationships to help you feel more more confident, courageous and connected - whether that means individual therapy for yourself or attachment focused family therapy. Let's explore the challenging feelings together, alongside the moments of strength and courage that make you the person you are today.
Diversity is an important value to me and my practice is open to adults and families from all backgrounds including 2SLGBTQ+, racialized and neurodivergent folks. Email me to set up a free 15m phone consultation where we can discuss your concerns and create a path forward.

Teen anxiety group - Next start date: Feb 4, 2023
Anxiety is a real challenge many teens experience. This is a skills based group for youth (13-17) to learn new ways to cope with, and challenge anxiety to become more confident to handle life's challenges! It is a structured, 8 week (12 session) skills-based program that empowers teens and parents to manage anxiety and reduce unhelpful thinking patterns. Participating in group therapy allows participants to build meaningful connections with one another and to share strategies that work. Contact me for more information and to register your child today.
