Welcome! As an Integrative Psychotherapist, my passion lies in supporting individuals on their journey of reconnection with their most authentic sense of self, to live in alignment with their values, and to feel a deeper sense of belonging and peace in the world. I have an affinity for working with individuals who have experienced childhood trauma, abuse, or neglect which can take shape as low self-worth, limiting beliefs, codependency, a dysregulated nervous system, and relational challenges, among others. I wholeheartedly believe in the innate wholeness within us all, although it may feel out of reach at times.
My style is empathetic, warm, and non-judgmental. I work collaboratively with clients to create an adaptive approach tailored uniquely to them, while honoring the healing potential of our therapeutic relationship. My psychotherapeutic orientation is eclectic, informed by traditional psychotherapeutic modalities and trauma-attuned somatic practices.
