We are a growing team of trauma-informed therapists who approach psychotherapy as a collaborative, connected experience. Together, we work to make meaning of your experiences. We are skilled and passionate about supporting folks struggling with a variety of personal and relational situations, including: anxieties, depression, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, personality & mood disorders, eating disorders, dissociation, and interpersonal difficulties. Ultimately, we help you carve the paths to integrate brain, mind, body, and spirit in managing the effects of adverse life experiences as well as personal and collective traumas.

Our team's specialities, advanced trainings, and certifications in Gender-Affirming Care, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, clinical hypnosis, Brainspotting, Couples' Therapy (including Tandem Couples' Counseling), Internal Family Systems, and more shame-sensitive and dignity affirming approaches equip us to help you find and maintain relief.
