I have experience with working with alternative love dynamics, i.e. ENM/open/poly and kink, the treatment of substance use disorders and with veterans. Also experienced in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety and difficulty with life changes. Open to working with any adult motivated to change. Licensed in LA, TX and MA.
Well, my therapeutic style is a person-centered, problem-solving approach and I approach things from a harm reduction perspective. I believe my role as a therapist is to help my clients identify areas of issue, and help them explore ways to resolve these issues. Trained in multiple modalities, I believe no one solution fits everyone and use tools as needed
