I help couples find connection again, so that everything doesn’t have to be so hard. I want to help you communicate more effectively, so that you can locate your friendship and be able to hear, see and support each other. My hope is to create a space for you to have the difficult conversations you avoid the rest of the week. I've been married for over 30 years, and I know firsthand the ups and downs of partnerships.
Whether you’re in a long-term relationship, or a new one, I love helping couples, which is why I trained in The Gottman Method. I work with couples on communication, emotional and intimate connection, mismatched libidos, sexual issues, infertility, adoption and issues related to menopause.

Menopause and Aging Support Group for Women
This is a therapy and support group for women to have open and vulnerable conversations about the changes that happen somewhere in our 40's, 50's or 60's. We'll talk about menopause, loss of identity, appearance, work/life balance, and what it's like to feel invisible. My aim is to build a community around a shared experience. It’s about self-compassion, growth, self-acceptance and gaining strength from each other. My hope is that this group will feel empowered and that that empowerment will spread out to other women. 6-8 people, in person.
