I work with adolescents (16+), adults, LGBTQ+, families, and couples. I also work with overcoming difficult family and/or personal relationships. My ideal client is someone who is willing to push themselves to be the best they can be by facing the hard issues. Their goals are to "live out loud" as I like to say and be their most authentic selves. The healing journey is not an easy one, but a rewarding one and I promise it will be worth it. I am located in Winter Park just off I-4 so I take clients from Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Maitland, Sanford and Lake Mary. I can see anyone in Florida virtually as well.
My areas of specialty are couples, anxiety, depression, substance use, addiction, self-esteem, old beliefs, boundaries, communication, LGBTQ+ and individuals on the Autism spectrum.
I like to explore thoughts, feelings, and emotions to help clients cope with current issues, past wounds, and old beliefs to help them live the most authentic, happy, and healthy life they can live. I operate from a person-centered approach where I like to help the client explore their family of origin and where the wounds originated to begin to heal.
