I provide care for individuals, couples, and families with diverse experiences, identities and backgrounds. I am passionate about helping people navigate the hardships of life to increase connections and self-compassion.
My style of therapy involves being adaptable, in the moment, and individualized for clients' unique needs. After all, I believe you are the expert of your own life. My role is to listen, help you organize your thoughts, make connections, and empower you to share and unload your burdens.
In a session with me, together, we will bring awareness and attempt acceptance of difficult circumstances, identify coping skills/strategies that may help regulate any overwhelming/or lack of feelings and emotions, and identify personal goals so that you can achieve optimal wellness.
