I help people with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and have a special interest in the LGBTQ+ community and those involved in sex work and alternative sexuality and intimacy lifestyles. I will help you become empowered to make the changes you want to make in your life.
I love to travel and have participated in international vision clinics to provide glasses to those in need. In my free time, I volunteer in the LGBTQ+ community and enjoy getting out trekking in nature and exploring remote locations.
