Before therapy, my life was ruled by anxiety, a harsh inner critic, and chronic low-level depression. Maybe you can relate? Fear and doubt can grow so strong that our worlds become ever-smaller, robbing us of faith in our ability to overcome the obstacles standing in the way of the life we want.
