I take an integrative and human centered approach to therapy, which means that your goals and experiences will be the continued focus of our work together.

While I draw from a range of biopsychosocial modalities in my work with clients, my focus is post-modern. My specializations include grief and loss, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and addiction. I provide a tailored, strengths based therapeutic setting for individuals, couples, and families.

Creative Coping for Children 7-10

Creative Coping is an exciting and innovative group therapy program that promotes healing through the arts. Each week children participate in a variety of artistic mediums (e.g. clay, painting, drawing, collage etc.) with a therapist and art facilitator. Psycho-education and art expression promote healthy ways of learning appropriate ways to identify feelings, regulate emotions, develop coping strategies, and enhance positive social connections.
