I work with clients to create awareness and then address unhealthy patterns that cause so many of us feel lonely, unfulfilled, and overwhelmed by our careers and relationships. I enjoy helping clients identify the impact of imposed values of culture and family, as well as the impact of past experiences, and assist them in creating an authentic and aligned set of values they can live by with more ease and conviction. I also focus on the basics of distress tolerance, creating healthy boundaries, and building a trusting relationship with the self.
I draw on my background as an artist to assist clients with exploring their inner worlds. I often use somatic and relaxation techniques to help clients stabilize their nervous systems and reconnect with their imaginations. It’s my goal to help my clients find the poetry in their own lives and create an empowering narrative that will carry them forward.
