No two individuals or couples are the same. As an integrative therapist, I draw from various therapies to find what works best for you, a unique individual or couple with a unique set of experiences and needs, keeping in mind multicultural or religious issues and traumas that may be impacting your life. I will hear you, see you, and respect you always.

Therapy looks different for each individual, which is a beautiful way to celebrate our differences. I am an LGBTQIA+ ally and supporter of the Black Lives Matter movement.
