I work with adults, couples, and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, identity issues, relationship issues, and low self-esteem. I use an insight-oriented approach to help clients to understand themselves better and discover new ways to improve their relationships, build confidence, or process difficult experiences. I also work with couples to help improve their communication, build trust, and navigate life changes. Couples will learn skills to work better as a team while building a deeper connection. My clients are thoughtful, curious, and willing to go deep to understand themselves and their troubles from the inside out.

My approach is insight-oriented, collaborative, and non-judgmental. Together, we will take the time to get to the heart of your story and uncover deep-rooted emotional patterns. I will gently challenge you to say the unsayable, learn to trust yourself, and get out of your own way. Over time, clients begin to see significant improvements in all ares of life.
