This is not surprising considering my clients usually have a history of childhood abuse and/or neglect exacerbated by boundary violations in adulthood.
Together, we can work on lifting the burden of trauma. I use somatic EMDR, internal family systems (parts work), and attachment-based therapy to help you heal. Most importantly, I focus on our relationship and therapeutic bond. You will be seen, heard, and accepted without conditions or reservations.
