I offer individual and relationship counseling. I am affirmative of LBGTQIA2S+, BIPOC, sex workers, burners, mystics, and polyamorous experiences. I specialize in helping clients with struggles in trauma, identity, creative blocks, sex, relationships and integration of spiritual experiences. I help people work with their emotions by relating to their whole body’s processing system, creative outlets, and nature. I help clients to feel more alive, present, clear in their sense of self and place in the world, soft yet resilient to living, and maintain nourishing relationships in their life.

Living out of alignment with yourself can manifest as confusion, stress, anxiety, and depression. I believe you are a whole-body processing system. I help you to integrate your somatic and emotional experiences to come into alignment with your innate brilliance and authentic truths. We will work to bring congruency to your thoughts, speech, and actions.
