I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who believes in helping people through listening, understanding, and taking action steps toward reaching their goals. I love working with children, adolescents, and adults utilizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), talk therapy, and expressive therapy and am trained in Trauma Focused–CBT.
I have experience working in schools, the community, crisis hospitals, and in a residential setting. I have 9 years of experience working with diverse populations, having a wide variety of issues including depression, anxiety, anger, grief, ADHD, ODD, LGBTQ+ issues, and others.
