I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist who specializes in working with students of any age and young adults. Whether you are a child struggling with school-related anxiety, a teen navigating a change-filled year, or an adult going through the daily challenges of life, I work with clients to address your unique needs. I specifically enjoy working with high school age girls and young women with anxiety, trauma, and depression. I am also currently PhD Student at Belmont University working towards a degree in Advanced Clinical Practice. My educational goal is to continue advancing my clinical skills to keep up with our world that is constantly changing.
As a former college athlete, my personal research interests are in depression, anxiety, and perfectionism seen in athletes.
